First month
we can regularly give milk decoction prepared with bala root (Sida cordifolia)
2nd month

5th month

Third trimester
1.virabadrasana

2.malasana
deep yoga squat that improves hip and ankle flexibility and good strength and support to pelvic floor muscles.
3.parsva savasana
After doing Savasana (Corpse posture), you can perform Parsva Savasana (Side Corpse Pose), a calming yoga posture, by lying on your side. For pregnant lady’s supine position is not advisable hence parsva savasana is more beneficial.
